This workshop will prepare you physically, emotionally and practically for birth.

The sessions are a great safe space to share with like minded Mums and birth partners, take some time out and learn some wonderful techniques to support you through pregnancy, birth and early parenting.


Having a Caesarean Section can be a hugely positive experience and there are still lots of things that you can choose that will put you and your baby at the heart of the birth.

I will tell you exactly what to expect from your birth and advise on tips for recovery afterwards  

You will also learn how you can plan for a gentle and positive caesarean birth. 

2.5hour - Mindful Breastfeeding Workshop - £52
The best time to educate your self about breastfeeding is when you're pregnant. Something that so many believe should "come naturally" is actually a big commitment and takes time to establish.
It is, sometimes, difficult to find support when you have already begun breastfeeding and for many that support comes too late.
This course will give you basic physiology about breastfeeding, how to encourage your baby to latch in the best possible way so that you are comfortable.
We will dispel some of the breastfeeding myths and you will learn how to tell that your baby is getting enough milk.
By understanding how anxiety and stress can affect the hormones of breastfeeding you will then lean the importance of relaxation and mindfulness that will support your breastfeeding. 
The session is relaxed and informal and you will leave equipped with techniques to help you on your breastfeeding journey.
